If you need to edit your order details — such as the cue weight, tip upgrade, shipping address, or contact information — please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible.

- Have your order number and full name ready when reaching out.
- Changes cannot be guaranteed after 24 hours of order placement, as many cues, shafts, and accessories begin processing shortly after purchase.
This is because premium billiards products may be assembled, packed, or customized soon after the order is received.
